Thank you for being here.

This page accompanies Integrating Mindfulness Across the Curriculum, a practical activities guide for teachers. The guide reflects my long-term work with schools, educators, and organisations exploring how mindful attention and emotional intelligence can be meaningfully embedded into everyday learning and professional practice.

The work shared here has grown from classroom experience, professional learning, and organisational development across education and wider systems.

Welcome

About My Work

Practical, curriculum-embedded approaches to emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and learning

My work focuses on supporting schools and organisations to integrate mindfulness and emotional intelligence in ways that are:

  • embedded within existing practice, not added on

  • practical, inclusive, and sustainable

  • supportive of both learning and wellbeing

  • attentive to culture, relationships, and systems

Rather than offering standalone programmes, I work with attention, noticing, and reflection as core capacities that strengthen teaching, leadership, learning, and organisational life.leadership and development work.

Areas of Focus

I typically work in areas such as:

  • Embedding emotional intelligence across the curriculum

  • Mindfulness-informed teaching and learning

  • Whole-school and organisational culture

  • Professional learning for educators and leaders

  • Reflective practice and emotional regulation

  • Curriculum-integrated approaches to wellbeing

My work has taken place across the UK and internationally, including contributions to Erasmus+ initiatives focused on mindfulness and wellbeing in education, county-wide education projects, and cross-sector leadership and development work.

Who I Work With

I work collaboratively with schools, trusts, local authorities, and organisations to support:

  • Professional learning and staff development

  • Whole-school or organisation-wide implementation

  • Curriculum design and integration

  • Leadership development and reflective practice

  • Organisational culture and systems change

All work is shaped around context. I begin by listening, understanding priorities, and working with what is already present, rather than introducing pre-packaged solutions.

About Me

I am a certified Emotional Intelligence practitioner, an ICF-accredited Associate Certified Coach (ACC), and a Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapist (HICAT). I also hold an MSc in Training and Performance Management.

I have over twenty years’ experience working across education, corporate, and social enterprise contexts, with extensive experience in organisational development, culture, and leadership development. This cross-sector background informs my approach, allowing me to work at classroom, team, leadership, and system levels with equal attention to learning, wellbeing, and organisational culture.

This work values thoughtful pace, relational trust, and practical relevance.
